Sales Assistant for Cleaning Business

We are looking for a motivated Sales Assistant to join our team. This person will be responsible for reaching out to businesses in Calgary that require cleaning services, setting up in-person appointments, and convincing those who already have cleaning services to switch to Beacon Cleaning. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, be persuasive, and be comfortable with cold calling to generate leads and secure meetings.

Responsibilities:
-Conduct cold calls to businesses in Calgary to identify potential clients in need of cleaning services.
-Schedule in-person appointments for our sales team to meet with prospective clients.
-Persuade businesses currently using other cleaning services to switch to Beacon Cleaning.
-Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients through effective lead generation and follow-ups.
-Record detailed notes and interactions in the CRM system.
-Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for increasing sales and customer acquisition.
-Provide regular updates on progress and outcomes of sales activities.

Qualifications:
-Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field.
-Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
-Comfortable with cold calling and generating leads.
-Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
-Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
-High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
