JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Telecom Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the telecom industry, particularly with roaming services, and will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our resellers and B2B customers.

Responsibilities:
-Provide technical support and assistance to resellers and B2B customers.
-Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to roaming services and other telecom products.
-Maintain strong relationships with customers by offering exceptional service and support.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Conduct regular follow-ups with customers to ensure their needs are met and address any ongoing concerns.
-Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and service offerings.
-Document customer interactions, technical issues, and resolutions in a clear and organized manner.
-Assist in the development and implementation of support processes and procedures to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
-Experience in the telecom industry, with a focus on roaming services and support.
-Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
-Customer-oriented mindset with a dedication to providing excellent service.
-Proficiency in using support ticketing systems and CRM software.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
