Location: Remote, Anywhere in the Philippines
Job Type: Part Time

Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Media Buyer with expertise in Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across these platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of social media advertising, and analytics, and a passion for staying ahead of industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy and Planning:
Develop, implement, and manage paid media campaigns on Meta to achieve business objectives.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align media buying strategies with overall marketing goals.
Identify target audiences and create effective media plans to reach them.

Execution and Optimization:
Set up and manage ad campaigns across Meta including budget allocation, bidding strategies, and ad placements.
Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance, making real-time adjustments to optimize for KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, and overall campaign ROI.
Perform A/B testing on creatives, ad copy, and targeting to identify the best-performing strategies.

Data Analysis and Reporting:
Utilize analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance, generating detailed reports and insights.
Present campaign performance reports to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
Keep abreast of platform updates, trends, and best practices to ensure campaigns are leveraging the latest features and strategies.

Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives that resonate with the target audience.
Provide insights and feedback to guide the creative process based on campaign performance data.


Budget Management:
Manage and optimize media budgets to ensure cost-effective spending and maximize return on investment.
Forecast, track, and report on media expenditures and campaign costs.

Qualifications:
1- 3 years of experience in media buying with a focus on Meta
Proven track record of managing and optimizing successful paid social media campaigns.
Provide us with your portfolio of the previous project as a Media Buyer.

Skills:
Deep understanding of Meta ad platforms, including Ads Manager
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Upgrade to see actual info, and other relevant platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
