Position:Call Center Manager
**Job Description:**
Oversee a small team responsible for lead generation and client calls. Experience in team management, strong communication skills, and fluency in English required. Chinese proficiency and Amazon industry experience are advantages.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and oversee lead generation and call center team.
- Ensure productivity and performance targets are met.
- Develop strategies to improve lead generation and outreach.
- Provide training and support.
- Maintain records of team performance and client interactions.
**Requirements:**
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Fluent English; Chinese is a plus.
- Experience in Amazon industry and/or working abroad.
- Call center background is desirable.
