Position: Virtual Assistant - Digital Marketing Specialist

About Us:

We are a dynamic and fast paced company seeking a talented Virtual Assistant from the Philippines to join our team. Our ideal candidate is proficient in Click Funnels, automations, social media management, and some graphic design.

Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing) is a must. If you are a proactive, creative, and tech-savvy individual, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:
Landing page building
Click Funnels Management:
Design, build, and maintain Click Funnels pages.
Optimize funnels for conversions and performance.
Implement and manage sales and marketing funnels.

Automations:
Develop and manage email marketing campaigns using automation tools.
Set up and optimize workflows and automations to streamline business processes.
Integrate various tools and platforms to create seamless marketing automation.

Social Media Management:
Video editing befitting with the current up to date instagram/TikTok trends.
Talk to potential leads in the DMs in a way befitting with the language we (company directors) as individuals use.
Monitor social media accounts and engage with followers.
Analyze social media metrics and adjust strategies to improve performance.

Graphic Design:
Design visually appealing graphics for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
Create marketing materials such as brochures, banners, and ads.
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure cohesive branding.

Communication:
Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
Provide excellent customer service and support through email and chat.
Collaborate with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and clients to understand project requirements and deliverables.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in Click Funnels, marketing automations, and social media management.
Strong graphic design skills with experience in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
Excellent command of the English language (both written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work.
Familiarity with project management tools and remote work tools is a plus.
