We are seeking a talented Amazon KDP / FBA CRO & Ads Specialist to join our team for the long term and drive our marketing efforts to new heights.

As our dedicated Ads Specialist, you will manage and optimize our Amazon advertising campaigns and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies.

You will work closely with our marketing team to maximize ad performance, improve product listings, and drive sales growth for our educational products on Amazon.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage Amazon PPC campaigns for both KDP and FBA products.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to optimize ad targeting and bidding strategies.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
- Perform A/B testing on product listings, including titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Optimize product listings for maximum visibility and conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and product images.
- Track and report on key performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Amazon advertising trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing Amazon PPC campaigns, preferably for KDP and FBA products.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of keyword research tools and techniques.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and CRO best practices.
