Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Account Manager to join our Sales Department. This role is pivotal in driving business growth and ensuring the highest levels of potential partners, partners, customers satisfaction. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, conducting sales calls, managing client relationships, and maintaining an updated and accurate database. The Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and fostering long-term, mutually beneficial partnerships.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients, managing and nurturing relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by clients in a timely and effective manner.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generating leads, and converting them into successful sales.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with potential clients and partners, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends for management review.
• Stay updated on the company’s products and services, understanding their features and benefits to better serve clients and partners.
• Handle administrative tasks related to sales processes, including documentation and contract management.
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and a coordinated approach to client management.
• Attend daily check-in and check-out meetings, as well as weekly reviews and planning meetings with the sales team.


Qualifications:
• Proven work experience in a Sales or Account Management role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Experience in the Motorcycle or Automotive industry is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong interpersonal skills with excellent English written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest technical software and project management tools (e.g. ClickUp and Notion).
• Capable of working independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated with a strong focus on achieving results.
• Strong problem-solving skills, able to address and resolve challenges efficiently.

Essential Requirements for Remote Work:
• Reliable Laptop or Desktop Computer.
• Stable and high-speed internet connection.
• Power source and backup internet connection in case of electricity interruptions.
