Location: Remote servicing USA East Coast
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports to: Business Partner Propeller US
Salary: 7 AUD per hour with bonus component to be discussed

Job Overview:
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business by identifying and engaging with potential clients. Utilizing tools such as ZoomInfo and LinkedIn, you will prospect new leads, initiate conversations, and set up meetings with key decision-makers. This position requires a proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and nurture relationships with potential clients. Experience in international markets, specifically the USA and Western countries, is essential, and must have a strong grasp of the English (US) language.

Key Responsibilities:

Prospecting and Lead Generation:
o Utilize ZoomInfo to identify and research potential clients within target markets.
o Leverage LinkedIn to connect with prospects, understand their needs, and engage in meaningful conversations.
o Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.

Outreach and Engagement:
o Conduct cold calls, emails, and social media outreach to prospective clients.
o Personalize outreach strategies to resonate with different stakeholders and industries.
o Maintain consistent followup to nurture leads and move them through the sales funnel.

Meeting Scheduling:
o Set up meetings between potential clients and our sales team.
o Coordinate schedules and ensure timely communication with prospects.
o Prepare necessary materials and information for sales meetings.

Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
o Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
o Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies.

Data Management:
o Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all prospecting activities and communications in the CRM system.
o Track key metrics and report on progress, challenges, and opportunities.

Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions.
o Continuously refine prospecting techniques and strategies to improve effectiveness.

Qualifications:
Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
o 5-10 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in B2B environments.
o Must have experience working in international markets, specifically the USA and Western countries.

Skills and Competencies:
Essential:
o Proficiency in using ZoomInfo, LinkedIn, and other prospecting tools.
o Strong verbal and written communication skills.
o Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
o Results-driven mindset with the ability to handle rejection and persist through challenges.

Technical Skills:
o Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
