Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Acquisition Specialist/Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and acquiring properties that align with our investment strategies. This role requires excellent negotiation skills, market analysis expertise, and the ability to build strong relationships with sellers, brokers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify potential acquisition targets through market research, networking, and analysis.

-Evaluate properties to determine their alignment with our investment criteria.

-Conduct due diligence, including property inspections, financial analysis, and risk assessments.

-Negotiate terms and conditions of property acquisitions with sellers and brokers.

-Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless transactions.

-Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including property owners, brokers, and industry contacts.

-Prepare and present acquisition proposals to senior management.

-Monitor market trends and adjust acquisition strategies accordingly.

-Maintain accurate records and documentation for all acquisition activities.

-Stay informed on industry regulations and best practices.

-Handle paper works and contracts.


Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate investment, or a similar role.

-Strong negotiation and deal-making skills.

-Proven experience in market research and financial analysis.

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software.

-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

-Ability to work under pressure.

-Knowledge of real estate laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
