Remote Telesales Representative (Merchant Statement Collector)

Job Overview:
Become a key player in expanding our card machine services across the UK by joining our team as a Remote Telesales Representative. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to businesses to collect their merchant statements, which helps us analyze current rates and offer more competitive pricing for our point of sale (POS) machines.

Salary and Earnings:
Base Salary: £20 per day (approx. £400 per month for 20 working days)
On Target Earnings: £750-£1250+ per month (GBP/USD/PHP) based on performance

Bare Minimum Target:

Base Salary: £400 per month
Collection Commission: £200 (20 statements x £10)
Closing Commission: £150 (25% closing rate x 5 statements x £30)
Total: £750 / $948.48 / PHP 55,467.03 per month

High Performance:

Base Salary: £400 per month
Collection Commission: £400 (40 statements x £10)
Closing Commission: £300 (25% closing rate x 10 statements x £30)
Total: £1100 / $1391.10 / PHP 81,351.65 per month

Top Performance:

Base Salary: £400 per month
Collection Commission: £600 (60 statements x £10)
Closing Commission: £450 (25% closing rate x 15 statements x £30)
Total: £1250 / $1833.73 / PHP 107,236.26 per month

Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients to collect their current merchant statements.
Explain the benefits of sharing their merchant statement for a no-obligation quote.
Forward collected statements to the self-closer team for analysis and potential conversion.
Maintain accurate records of statements collected and follow-up actions.

Requirements:
Excellent/Fluent English: We require excellent English skills for this role.
Reliable Internet Connection: A stable and reliable internet connection is essential.
Sales Experience: Highly preferred but not essential.
Wise Account: Candidates with a Wise account are highly preferred for fast payments.

Working Hours:
32.5 hours per week (9am-5pm UK time, 1 hour lunch and 2x 15-minute breaks)

Promotion: Opportunity for promotion to a self-closer role with an increased salary for those with a strong track record.
