Salary: Based on experience

Available Hours: Monday through Friday, 6 AM to 6 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST) If you cannot handle those time zone hours please don't apply.

Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the daily operations of our expedited transport services, finding loads for drivers.
Expertly handle and swiftly resolve operational issues, maintaining high standards of service and reliability.
Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure timely deliveries.
Coordinate closely with dispatchers and drivers, overseeing scheduling and conflict resolution.
Monitor performance, manage relationships with clients and drivers.
Responsible for hiring, training, if necessary.

Requirements:
Computer
Good internet connection.
Being Flexible on hours if needed.

Experience in transportation or logistics, with proven ability to handle operational issues effectively.

Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of an organization.
In-depth knowledge of the U.S. geography and state regulations affecting transportation.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and resilience, with the capacity to manage operations under pressure.

Must have a reliable phone and be available to handle communication and routing calls as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in USA dispatching and management within the transportation industry.
Proven ability to handle issues with drivers and customers effectively, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery.
