I'm looking for a passionate and skilled video editor to join my team full-time as we launch and grow a new YouTube channel. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in shaping the channel's identity and success. What We're Creating: Diverse Content: Reaction videos, faceless content, interviews, and traditional "talking head" videos. Dynamic Editing Style: We want to incorporate engaging elements like news-style overlays for interviews and reactions. Your Role: Lead Editor: Take ownership of the entire video editing process, from raw footage to final product. Creative Collaborator: Bring your expertise to elevate our content, suggesting creative ideas and techniques. Technical Consultant: Help us optimize our recording setup (currently using Riverside.fm) and choose the right tools to achieve our vision. Required Skills & Experience: Proven YouTube Editing Experience: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to edit various video styles, particularly for YouTube. Technical Proficiency: Expert-level knowledge of professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.). Creative Vision: A strong sense of visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into compelling video content. Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with others and take constructive feedback.
