COLD CALLING EXPERT NEEDED for REAL ESTATE BUSINESS

Are you an engaging communicator with a passion for real estate? Our team is looking for a results-driven, detail oriented, and motivated individual to join our organization as a full-time Real Estate Cold Caller.
The ideal cold caller will commit 40 Hours Full Time Work, and make calls during the hours of 9am to 6pm in the Eastern Time Zone.

REAL ESTATE COLD CALLING EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE

Key Responsibilities:
-Deliver a concise and engaging introduction and present the value proposition clearly and effectively.
-Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients/customers from provided lists
-Qualify leads and set appointments for the sales team
-Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system
-Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and appointments set
-Maintain enthusiasm even while facing numerous rejections daily.

Requirements:
-Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing is preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong persuasive, determination and negotiation abilities
-Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team
-Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve success
-Positive attitude, engaging personality and ability to build rapport with clients
