Position Overview:
As a Social Media Planner and Marketing Assistant, you will be an integral part of our dynamic marketing team, tasked with planning, creating, and distributing compelling content across various social media platforms. Additionally, you'll oversee email marketing campaigns, leverage AI tools for content writing, and manage multiple campaigns across various real estate entities, contributing to the overall success of our initiatives.

Responsibilities:
1. Create and distribute engaging campaigns through newsletters and marketing automation platforms to promote our 1. events, products, and services.
2. Monitor and report campaign performance metrics, including open/click rates, unsubscribe rates, and campaign ROI.
Ensure brand consistency across social media and email channels.
3. Develop and execute social media strategies on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc., to boost awareness, drive website traffic, and enhance customer engagement.
4. Craft, curate, and publish daily social media content tailored to each brand and industry, including text, images, videos, and industry-specific news.
5. Utilize AI tools for content writing to generate high-quality and engaging posts, blogs, and marketing materials efficiently.
Analyze and optimize content based on social media analytics and metrics.
6. Manage and cultivate social media communities by responding to comments and messages promptly.
7. Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align social media initiatives with broader business objectives.
8. Stay abreast of the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in social media, email marketing, and AI-driven content creation.
9. Coordinate and manage multiple campaigns across various real estate entities, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
10. Thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple brands across various sectors.
11. Adhere to time tracking requirements to ensure accountability and productivity.
12. Work a fixed number of hours per day, meeting daily and weekly targets.

Skills and Qualifications:
1. 1-2 years of experience in social media marketing and email campaign management.
2. Strong creative and writing skills with a knack for crafting engaging content.
3. Proficiency in social media and email marketing platforms and analytics tools.
4. Experience with AI content writing tools (e.g., GPT-4, Claude) is highly desirable.
5. Understanding of marketing KPIs and metrics to measure and optimize performance.
6. Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced setting.
7. Collaborative team player with excellent organizational and communication skills.
8. Comfortable working in a multi-brand environment with diverse target audiences.
9. Passion for digital marketing, social media, and AI-driven content creation.
10. Experience in managing campaigns for real estate entities is a plus.
11. Commitment to meeting fixed daily working hours and maintaining accurate time tracking.
