Construction Project Manager and Client Relations Specialist (United States, Remote, Full-Time Position)
(A) Introduction:
WASHINGTON CONSTRUCTION and WASHINGTON ELECTRICAL are seeking a dedicated and efficient Construction Project Manager and Client Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This remote full-time position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to excellence in project management and client communication. Our unique approach to remote work includes comprehensive training, real-time video surveillance for safety and efficiency, and a supportive team culture.
(B) Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met. Manage schedules, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
- Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and maintaining outstanding relationships through effective communication channels, including phone calls.
- Administrative Support: Assist in website maintenance, update content, and ensure smooth operation of business functions.
- Surveillance Compliance: Participate in our real-time video surveillance initiative, designed to enhance team connectivity, safety, and on-the-fly support, mirroring our on-site practices.
(C) Requirements:
- Availability: Must be comfortable working 9 AM to 5 PM PDT, corresponding to 12 AM to 8 AM PHT, Monday through Friday.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, with comfort using phone calls as a primary communication tool. Training will be provided for call handling procedures.
- Engagement: Ability to remain fully engaged and responsive during work hours, managing stress effectively while multitasking.
- Surveillance Acceptance: Openness to participate in video surveillance for real-time work activity monitoring, with assurance of privacy and comfort considerations.
- English Proficiency: Minimum C1 level proficiency in English.
- Cognitive Ability: IQ test score of 120 or higher.
(D) Why This Is Necessary:
Our approach, including video surveillance, is vital for ensuring immediate availability, real-time support, and maintaining our commitment to safety, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This system is being implemented thoughtfully, with transparency and respect for privacy.
(E) Trial Period and Benefits:
- Initial Trial Period: 1-2 months, with performance evaluations. Working hours are set for 9 AM to 5 PM PDT.
- Salary: $700 monthly during the trial period, with a review for adjustment based on performance upon completion.
- Benefits: Post-trial, you'll be eligible for SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG contributions, 13th-month pay, and potential bonuses.
- Outstanding employees may have the opportunity to join us in the United States with a significant salary adjustment.
