WHAT we’re looking for:

We’ve got a role for a Customer Service PRO who works hard to improve their skills and makes their customers happy. If that’s you, we want you on our growing team!!

Your main responsibilities include working one-on-one with our customers via email, online chats and phone calls to assist them with their orders or their shiny new toys (our marine gear)!

Qualifications:

- You MUST be based in Davao City
- You have previous customer support experience
- Love working one-on-one with customers
- Possess rare people skills which allow you to get out in front of problems and proactively help customers with potential troubles (some "special" customers require rare people skills :P)
- Empathy is your middle name
- Able to efficiently manage multiple activities and tasks at the same time
- You are female
- An excellent command of written and spoken English
