Are you a talented and driven video editor and thumbnail designer with a passion for creating outstanding content? We are looking for someone like you to help us produce top-notch videos that will inspire thousands. As a creative and ambitious self-starter, you’ll be integral in driving our next stage of growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

-Edit and produce various types of video content across all platforms, including A-roll, B-roll, color-grading, graphics, sound design, and background music.
-Manage the entire video editing process from start to finish, ensuring high production standards.
-Handle the ideation, strategy, execution, and design of thumbnails, including A/B testing on the client's platform.
-Collaborate with the content creation team and work independently to meet deadlines.
-Apply your storytelling skills to produce compelling video series across multiple platforms.
-Utilize analytics and best video practices for both long and short-form content.

-Excellent communication skills and comfort working with cross-functional teams.
-Strong problem-solving abilities with a holistic approach.
-Thrives in ambiguity and knows when to apply existing processes or create new ones.

Software/Tools Used:

-Adobe Premiere
-Adobe After Effects
-Adobe Photoshop

Qualities We’re Looking For:

-Ownership of the entire process from concept to completion.
-Responsible, creative, and self-disciplined with pride in their work.
-Ability to adapt and innovate as needed.

Details:

-Hourly Rate: $8/hour
-Working Hours: 8 AM to 5 PM PST
-Client Time Zone: Pacific Standard Time
