Bookkeeper

Join our amazing remote Aventus team as a remote Bookkeeper!

We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper who provides a variety of bookkeeping and accounting functions using Quickbooks Online. This person must be certified in Quickbooks Online.

Key duties and responsibilities:
-Record financial transactions in Quickbooks online
- Calls with clients regarding financial matters
-Reconcile bank and merchant accounts
-Prepare financial reports for management
-Provide management with analysis of variances
-Perform accounts receivable functions such as invoicing and collections
-Prepare bills and process for payment
-Process payroll and necessary tax remittances
-Track and manage inventory in books
-Communicate with clients through dedicated channels
-Perform other duties as required.

Qualifications:
-Advanced English written and speaking skills (C1 is a must)
-Strong organizational and data entry skills
-A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
-Ability to meet deadlines - strong time management skills
-Quickbooks Online certification - at least 3 years experience working with QBO
-Experience with Google Workspace, Excel, Word, Quickbooks online
-Work from home equipment: Updated laptop/desktop (Windows 10 +), reliable internet connection (at least 20mbs upload, 40mbs download), power backup

**This is a full-time position. Your work hours will be Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm EST.**
