Project-Based Figma Designer - Full-Time

We're in need of someone who not only excels in Figma but also possesses outstanding written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to learning.

Whether you're a seasoned professional or a rising talent, we offer both full-time and part-time positions with the flexibility to accommodate your time zone. Plus, once fully trained and trusted, you'll have the freedom to complete approximately 30% of tasks at your convenience. Please note that we utilize Hubstaff time-tracking software to ensure productivity and performance during working hours.

Essential Requirements:
- Located in the Philippines
- Exceptional written English skills
- UI/UX design proficiency with Figma and similar platforms
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite: After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere
- Graphic design proficiency with Canva and similar platforms
- Ability to craft original, high-quality designs from scratch based on project briefs
- Demonstrated experience with English-speaking employers or clients
- Strong organizational skills, enabling both independent work and effective collaboration
- Reliable high-speed internet and a fast computer with a stable power supply
- Bonus: Experience in UI/UX design and website design

This is a project-based position with a minimum duration of 3 months, which may be extended based on project needs. There is also the potential for conversion to a regular employee upon project completion, contingent on performance evaluation.
