New Patient Machine is a marketing company that helps Chiropractors market their services and get new patients.
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to add to our team.
The Account Manager will handle 20 clients
Duties:
Post ads for clients on
Track performance of each ad
Send weekly/daily reports to Clients about their ad performance
Answer
Resolve any client concerns about quality of leads coming from ads
Recognize performance issues before clients do and fix ads proactively
Debug any low performing ads
Set up funnels for responses using Go High Level, including creating landing pages for each ad
Build all automations for funnels, including
Routinely inspect automations to make sure they are always performing as expected.
Speak to clients over the phone when required
Update tracking sheets for all clients weekly
Attend weekly meetings with New Patient Machine Management and present each clients performance and any plans to fix issues.

Go High Level, advanced skills, able to set up lead funnels and
G Suite, able to use Gmail, Google Drive and Google Sheets proficiently
Perfect written and spoken English with no accent is a must
Canva, able to do simple graphic design
Company will provide training on our specific processes and systems, but not on the above, you will be expected to already be proficient in these.
Experience:
At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing is required to apply for this position
Experience must include direct engagement with clients,
Applicant must be able to show a proven record of performance in digital marketing and account management with verifiable references.
Applicant must be able to be work from 9am-6pm eastern time Monday - Friday and on weekends as needed.
New Patient Machine is willing to pay $2,500 USD per month or $15/hour for the right person. This is an independent contractor/freelancer position.
Contractor must provide their own equipment, including computer, headset and internet connection.

4) Make a sample ad for a Chiropractor advertising treatment for "low back pain" or "knee pain" and send to us.
5) Have a video interview with a member of New Patient Machine Management
6) Do three personnel tests, which you will have to print out, perform, scan and send back. (printing is required)
7) Depending on tests, if you are selected as a finalist, have a second interview
8) If you are selected for the position, sign independent contractor agreement and start training.
