• Excellent phone/intrapersonal skills

Responsibilities
• Richard Garcia Real Estate is seeking an ISA to work alongside, generate leads, and set appointments for Agents.
• The ideal candidate will be punctual, organized, and have great customer service skills
• Communicate with clients in a professional and timely manner to identify top motivations/needs, including communicating via phone, email, and text message, depending on client preferences
• Prospect for and acquire new clients on a daily basis from various inbound and outbound lead sources provided by our team
• You will assist in all aspects of the process by prospecting, cultivating, setting appointments, and managing leads in our contact management database system
• You will obtain critical information about buyer/seller leads and schedule appointments with qualified leads for the Listing Agents and Buyer Agents
• Call Buyer and Seller Leads
• Cultivate relationships to convert leads to appointment sets for agent
• 500+ calls to leads a day per day
• Average of 40 spoke to contacts per shift
• 2+ set appointments per day
