Are you a motivated and dynamic, tech savvy professional with a passion for data and lead management? Are you a proactive leader with a knack for motivating and guiding teams to success? We're seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Full-time Team Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement robust systems for managing all lead and data processes.
Gather necessary data points to develop every lead effectively.
Provide leadership, training, and coaching to the Data Entry and Cold Calling teams to ensure peak performance.
Maintain a steady flow of high-quality leads to meet company needs.
Create comprehensive training materials for Data Tasks across different markets.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure lead accuracy and agents' performance levels.
Ensure timely updates and maintenance of data for all company programs.
Address data/lead-related inquiries and provide technical support.
Optimize company websites for maximum functionality.
Assist with technical support and administrative tasks as required.
Manage and motivate cold calling team members to ensure high morale and productivity.
Stay updated with company training programs and maintain effective communication channels.

Core Competencies:
Relevant Data Entry background, preferably in Real Estate.
Strong communication and leadership/management skills.
Exceptional organizational and technical abilities.
Detail-oriented with a data-driven mindset.
Proficiency in computers and technical programs, with experience in lead software preferred.
Training Period: Two weeks, with employment continuation based on performance.
