Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Creative Specialist to produce high-quality image ads and videos. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating 12 images or videos daily, ensuring that our content remains fresh, engaging, and effective. You will work closely with our team to discuss Facebook ad statistics, refine creative strategies, and continuously improve our content's performance.

Key Responsibilities:
Create High-Quality Ads: Design and produce 12 high-quality images or videos daily.
Creative Testing: Develop and test different hooks to determine the most effective creative strategies.
Competitor Research: Conduct competitor research and replicate successful video strategies.
Voice Over & Subtitles: Utilize ElevenLabs for voiceovers and add subtitles to videos.
Stock Footage Sourcing: Search for appropriate stock footage based on provided scripts.
Script-Based Video Creation: Create videos from provided scripts.
Weekly Communication: Collaborate with the team weekly to discuss Facebook ad performance and statistics.

Requirements:
Language Skills: Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Technical Proficiency:
Strong familiarity with Slack for communication.
Proficient with Google Drive for file management.
Own video editing tools (knowledge of MidJourney is a plus).
Internet Connectivity: Reliable and fast internet connection.
Work Schedule: Available to work Monday to Saturday.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with ElevenLabs or similar voice-over tools.
Strong video editing skills with the ability to add subtitles and integrate stock footage seamlessly.
Excellent communication skills to effectively discuss ad performance and strategy.
