We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. This role requires handling communications via WhatsApp Business,
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Communication: Manage and respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp Business,
2. KPI Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive KPI documents and FAQs to guide other customer service tea
3. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure every customer interaction is handled with the utmost care and professionalism, aligning with our commitment to high-quality service.
4. Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with the team using Slack and other collaborative tools.
5. Quick Response: Respond to customer inquiries within 10 minutes during working hours.
Qualifications:
Experience: Proficient in using WhatsApp Business,
Language Skills: Fluent in spoken and written English.
Availability: Able to commit a minimum of 7 hours per day, with prompt response times during these hours.
Team Player: Demonstrated ability to work well within a team and dedicated to customer satisfaction.
Reliability: A strong sense of responsibility and meticulous attention to detail.
Requirements:
1. A valid phone number for customer communications. (You need to get a good European number)
2. Excellent communication skills in English.
3. Availability for a minimum of 7 hours a day.
4. Ability to respond to customer inquiries within 10 minutes during working hours.
5. Active participation in team communications via Slack.
