Qualifications:

Initiate cold calls and assess potential real estate investors while documenting their preferences.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with key investors to foster repeat business

Sales experience: 2 years (Preferred)
Responsibilities:

2+ year of real estate experience (Preferred)
Sales experience: 2 years (Required)
Customer service: 2 years (Required)
Negotiating and closing: 2 years (Required)
CRM experience (Preferred)
Proficient in English
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Attention to detail
Superior over the phone and in-person sales skills
Competitive and results-driven
Excellent phone etiquette
Ability to work well under pressure
Ability to build rapport and long-lasting relationships fast
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and quarterly performance targets.
Maintain and surpass designated Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Able to manage real estate transaction contracts documentation with relevant title companies etc..
Compensation:

Bonus pay
