Overview:
We are seeking a creative and experienced Social Media Strategist to elevate the online presence of our luxury holiday villa in Bali. The ideal candidate will be passionate about travel and hospitality, with a proven track record in social media management and content creation. This role is pivotal in showcasing our villa's unique offerings and ensuring an engaging online experience for potential guests.

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, etc.).
Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, videos, written, and audio/podcast).
Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “social” way while cultivating leads and engagement.
Content Creation:

Design visually compelling and on-brand graphics, videos, and other content formats.
Write engaging and persuasive copy for social media posts, ensuring alignment with the villa's brand voice.
Plan and execute a content calendar that highlights key events, promotions, and the unique aspects of the villa and its surroundings.
Community Engagement:

Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages promptly, and foster a positive community around the villa’s brand.
Collaborate with influencers, travel bloggers, and other partners to enhance the villa’s online presence and reputation.
Analytics and Reporting:

Track and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) for social media efforts.
Provide regular reports and insights on social media engagement and campaign performance.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve outcomes.
Requirements:

Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in the hospitality or travel industry.
Strong understanding of current social media trends and best practices.
Proficiency in using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Facebook Insights, Instagram Analytics).
Excellent communication and writing skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and generate innovative ideas.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Experience in content creation and graphic design (proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience working with luxury brands or high-end properties.
Familiarity with the Bali tourism market and cultural nuances.
