Social Media Manager for JRM Vallejo Christian Church

Overview:

JRM Vallejo Church - a faith community with nearly 20 years of history, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Media Manager to independently manage and enhance our digital outreach. This is a full-time, long-term position offering a serious opportunity for the right candidate. Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize, manage, and create content for our social media platforms, website, and email campaigns.
• Design graphics and edit videos to support our online messages and campaigns.
• Develop and execute marketing strategies, including drip marketing campaigns, to engage and grow our community.
• Utilize project management tools (e.g., Asana, ClickUp) for planning and executing digital projects.
• Ensure smooth operation of live streaming services and digital events.
• Maintain regular communication with our community through effective CRM strategies.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to optimize and adjust strategies as needed.

Essential Qualifications:

• Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or similar roles.
• Skilled in graphic design, video editing, and familiar with CRM and project management software.
• Strong internet connection (minimum 100 Mbps upload and download speeds).
• Commitment to the Christian faith for at least 5 years.
• Ability to work flexibly, covering U.S. hours for live events.
• Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Technical Requirements:

• Reliable internet connection.
• Photo of work setup and computer specifications required with application.
• Applications without the photo and specs will be automatically rejected.

Work Arrangement:

• This is a full-time, remote position.
• Candidates must be prepared to work U.S. hours for live service streaming and other scheduled events.
