Position Overview:

As a Transaction Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in the real estate transaction process, ensuring that all necessary documentation and tasks are completed accurately and on time. You will work closely with agents, clients, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth and successful transactions from contract to closing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all administrative aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close.
- Ensure all necessary documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with agents, clients, lenders, inspectors, and title companies to ensure all transaction milestones are met.
- Maintain organized transaction files and update transaction management software.
- Track and monitor transaction deadlines and contingencies.
- Provide regular updates and status reports to agents and clients.
- Assist in resolving any issues or delays that may arise during the transaction process.
- Prepare and review closing documents.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Transaction Coordinator or in a similar administrative role in the real estate industry.
- Strong understanding of real estate transactions and documentation.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in transaction management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Real estate license (preferred but not required).
