Compliance Auditor (LIHTC)

Nautical Staffing is looking for an experienced, self-motivated, and detail-oriented Compliance Auditor for our US-based client in the property management industry.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct affordable housing compliance audits and file reviews
• Provide guidance to onsite teaUpgrade to see actual infombers regarding compliance requirements and procedures
• Approve move ins and renewal files
• Ensure all forms are updated and all teams are using the correct forms
• Assist in preparing for state audits
• Other related tasks as needed

Qualifications:
• Must have strong knowledge in LIHTC, especially compliance procedures and requirements
• With LIHTC certification is highly preferred
• Must have exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications
• Must be okay with working full-time within US Mountain business hours
