Your key responsibilities:

- Ensure clients are happy through regular status updates, monthly performance reports and collection of feedback
- Increase effectiveness & productivity of the team through effective communication, efficient resource allocation, high work quality and tracking KPIs

You must:

- Be a reliable, motivated team player with a deep passion for marketing
- Analytical and excel at managing multiple projects, including setting up of timelines, while ensuring quality and timely delivery of projects.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain frequent communication with clients, providing status updates, performance reports, and responding promptly to inquiries
- Implement regular customer satisfaction surveys and share insights with both management and the team to drive improvements
- Be the first point of contact for clients
- Identify and address any skill gaps within the team, exploring new tools and methodologies to enhance productivity and effectiveness.

As we are a SEO marketing agency, having experience with SEO is a big plus.
