Join our team at C2W Group as a Marketing Copywriter & SEO Specialist. This role combines creative flair with technical prowess, catering to those passionate about leveraging SEO to elevate content and drive measurable marketing success across the different companies in the C2W Group.

Position Details:

Type: Full-time, remote
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Philippine Time)
Location: Remote (must be able to work within Philippine Time zone hours)
Tracking: Mandatory time tracking
Exclusivity: No freelance work during business hours or use of company tools for external projects


Responsibilities:

Content Creation & SEO: Develop and produce high-quality copy and digital content. Optimize content for SEO including the use of structured data to enhance visibility and user engagement.
Technical SEO Management: Ensure the websites are crawlable and indexable, with optimized XML sitemaps and correct use of canonical tags to prevent duplicate content issues. Regularly check and improve site speed and mobile responsiveness to comply with Google’s Core Web Vitals.
SEO Monitoring and Adjustment: Utilize tools like Google Search Console, SEM Rush, Ubbersuggest, and other tools for monitoring and fixing crawl errors. Implement and manage SEO-friendly URLs and navigation structures.
Collaboration & Innovation: Work with our marketing team to design and execute innovative campaigns that boost engagement and lead generation.
Research & Strategy: Conduct thorough industry research to stay ahead of SEO trends and adapt strategies accordingly.

Qualifications:

Experience & Education: At least 2 years in a similar role, with a portfolio showcasing successful SEO strategies and impactful content. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred but not required.
Technical Skills: Proficient in SEO tools and analytics, knowledgeable in the technical foundations of SEO like page speed optimization, and experienced in managing WordPress sites. THIS IS A MUST HAVE SKILLSET FOR THIS POSITION.
Communication Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, both written and verbal.

Proactivity and Attention to Detail: Must be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a high level of responsibility and attention to detail.
Salary: Negotiable, based on skills and experience.
