Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail orientated and experienced Sales Estimator to join our team and play a crucial role in driving sales and meeting targets as well as ensuring client satisfaction. Ideally, from a Label Manufactuing background however, estimators from a Manfacturing background with a minimum of 2 years experience will be considered.

The Sales Estimator will be responsible for providing accurate and timely estimates for potential customers, clients in our existing database, as well as, working closely with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely turnarounds for orders. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and mathematical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced and multi-tasked environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide accurate and timely estimates for potential customers
Ensuring existing clients are well looked after and their account managed by providing timely response to their re-order or new quote requirements.
Develop and maintain relationships with customers.
Follow-up via phone and email for all quotes submitted to clients within 24hrs and update CRM.
Analyse customer needs and provide solutions.
Prepare and present proposals to customers.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure project success.
Maintain accurate records of estimates and proposals.
Ensure customer satisfaction and pro-actively handle issues and complaints effectively.

Skills & Experience

Minimum 2 years' experience in a manufacturing estimating role.
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
Proven track record of consistent success in driving sales.
Generating sales leads for Sales Representative.
Ability to use complicated estimating software.
Sound understanding of Manufacturing and factors used to create quotations.
Ability to conceptualise and understand machinery and tooling processes.
Exposure and experience of handling client complaints.
Strong knowledge of material stock usages would be advantageous.
