Who We're Looking For
We are seeking an experienced Senior Email Design Manager (Email Marketing) to create master email templates for our eCommerce customers.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a small to medium team of designers, handling multiple customers, and delivering high-quality design projects on time. This role demands a creative leader who is adept at managing design briefs, timelines, feedback, and changes, ensuring seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
You will be provided with brand guidelines and be expected to export the assets from Figma ready to upload to the email platform of our customers.

We are searching for people who have high attention to detail, are very experienced with Figma, and can turn around designs the same day or within 24-hours.

As a dedicated email marketing consultancy, there is a high volume of email templates each week to create in Figma.

In addition to your skills, you should possess excellent people skills, project management skills, integrity and Problem-solving Skills as well as a proactive mindset.

You’ll report directly to the Head of Fulfilment.

Responsibilities:

- To create email master template designs in Figma for Flowstate customers.
- Creating links using Commentful and Emailify
- Continuous refinement of the Figma Design System,
- Conduct training and mentoring to the Design team,
- Refinement of design processes
- Implementation of the latest email design
- To be responsible for the creation of email templates at the direction of our Head of Fulfillment.
- To edit or adjust master template designs based on customer or management team feedback.
- Handling multiple customers simultaneously and ensuring their design needs are met with the highest standards.
- Lead and manage a team of graphic designers, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance feedback.

You should also be adept at building client relationships and managing expectations. Open and transparent communication will create trust in your recommendations & strategies. This is how we have managed to maintain such great relationships with our brands over the past 4-years.

You should be comfortable using all major email platforms, project management software, Asana, Slack, SystemsHub, Google Drive, Zoom and other cloud based communication tools.

You should also be confident enough to push back on a brand/client and express your opinion if you think the ship is heading off course. We encourage that.
