My partner, Yazmin and I run a U.S. Real Estate Wholesaling company that we run locally. We are seeking 1 real estate outbound caller to help generate quality and engaged leads.

We will provide the dialer system, scripts, and sales trainings.

WORK OVERVIEW:

- 5-10 qualified leads on average per week
- Fluent in English with NO accent
- Be able to build rapport and communicate with American homeowners
- Must be knowledgeable in the real estate space
- Must be able to carry on a casual conversation – this is very important to our business, it is important to listen & connect with homeowners and still be able to go through the 4 Pillars
- Ability to gauge emotions through voices
- Proficient in handling objections
- Be okay with feedback, all calls will be recorded and reviewed to improve skill and generate better leads
- Have a positive attitude

REQUIREMENTS:

- Real Estate cold calling experience with 1.5 years REQUIRED OR 10,000 hours of conversations made with Americans regarding real estate
- Have Reliable Internet (hooked up to your modem - you cannot run on WiFi only), Computer & Noise Cancelling Headset
- Be willing to work nights, you will be calling 3pm - 7:45pm Central Time Zone in the States

COMPENSATION:

- Wage/Salary is currently based on a 25-hour work schedule on a 292/hr in pesos, currently we are only seeking 25-30 hours at this time with a possibility of increasing to 40 hours.
- Negotiable depending on experience & skill.
- Probation period (3 weeks) you will be paid weekly then after the 3 weeks is over and if it is the right fit for both of us. After that, pay will be twice per month on the 11th & 26th
- Part-Time Hourly, 25-30 hours per week
- We will pay the 13th-month pay in December
- 1% BONUS incentive for deals closed ON TOP of base salary
- Off Days - Christmas Eve, Christmas, Thanksgiving Day
