Virtual Assistant for Rapidly Growing Airbnb Business
Location: Remote

We are a fast-growing Airbnb business based in London, managing multiple apartments and expanding rapidly. With a solid foundation and efficient systems in place, we have recently begun acquiring blocks of flats, reflecting our significant growth trajectory. We are now seeking a dedicated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our dynamic team and support our continued expansion.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to support our expanding Airbnb operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing online platforms, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with the founder, who has an impressive background with a first-class degree from Oxford University in Economics and five years of finance experience in Canary Wharf.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Communication:
Handle all guest communications in a professional and timely manner.
Ensure guests have a positive experience from booking to check-out. Excellent English is required.
Listing Optimisation:
- Manage and optimize listings on Airbnb and Booking.com platforms.
- Implement strategies to improve listing visibility and performance. Training provided
Deal Sourcing:
- Find and evaluate potential rental deals on Open Rent.
- Update and maintain deal spreadsheets. Training provided.
Website Management:
- Oversee and update the company website.
- Ensure all information is current and accurately reflects our offerings.
Cleaning Schedule Coordination:
-Create and send cleaning schedules to ensure all properties are well-maintained. Training provided.
Pricing Updates:
-Regularly review and adjust pricing to stay competitive and maximize occupancy rates.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies on social media platforms.
- Experience with creating and editing viral reels is preferable.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Basic website and accounting tasks (experience preferred but not essential).
- Any other tasks as required to support the business operations.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications
Experience: Sufficient experience in a similar role is required.
Skills:
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
- Proficiency in managing listings on Airbnb and Booking.com.
- Familiarity with social media marketing and content creation.
- Basic understanding of website management and accounting is a plus.
Training: Provided for specific tasks such as deal sourcing and cleaning schedule coordination.
