As a Virtual Assistant, you will support our team with lead generation, task management, administrative duties, and creating automations. The ideal candidate is EXTREMELY detail-oriented, proactive, and can multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Research and identify potential leads.
Maintain an accurate database of leads.
Assist with
Follow up with leads
Task and Project Management:
Organize and manage tasks in Notion.
Track progress and deadlines.
Administrative Duties:
Schedule meetings and manage calendars.
Handle
Prepare documents and reports.
Automation Building:
Create and manage automations in Zapier and GoHighLevel.
Improve workflows and processes.
Requirements:
7+ years experience as a Virtual Assistant or similar role.
Strong knowledge of lead generation techniques.
Proficiency in Notion, Zapier, and GoHighLevel.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with
Familiarity with CRM tools.
Experience with social media management
