Job Title: Facebook Ads Strategist for E-commerce

Salary/Compensation:

Base salary: $10/hour (minimum 6 hours per day)
Bonus: 0-40% of the base salary each month if monthly OKR goals are met.
Base salary can be increased with consistent OKR goal achievement.

Job Description:
We’re looking for a full-time Facebook Ads Strategist to join our team. You will be responsible for the following crucial tasks:

- Market Research
- Copywriting
- Brainstorming Video Ad Hooks and Visuals
- Collaborating with our in-house video editor to create ads
- Communicating with UGC creators to obtain footage for ads
- Quality checking Facebook video ads (proofreading, spotting obvious errors)
- Analyzing video data to iterate on winning ads
- Sharing your learnings with the team to help everyone grow together

Job Requirements:

- Significant experience with ad spend and ROAS as a Facebook Ads Strategist for an e-commerce brand or agency
- Excellent copywriting skills
- Knowledge of psychology and marketing principles (awareness levels, sophistication levels, etc.)
- Ability to work 6+ hours a day, 5 days a week
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented
- Flexible and able to handle various tasks
- Good communication skills
- Fluent in English

Once qualified, we will set up a quick 10-minute Zoom call and a 30-minute task to assess your skills. After that, we will start with weekly payments during a trial period not exceeding 4 weeks. After the 4-week trial period, salary and bonus will be paid on the 3rd of each month.
