Role Overview:
As an Amazon Customer Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer satisfaction on the Amazon platform. Your expertise will ensure efficient after-sales service, effective resolution of issues, and proactive management of customer feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle after-sales issues with flexibility to prevent customer complaints.
Follow up on major order issues and provide effective solutions.
Manage and resolve negative reviews, inviting customers to leave positive feedback.
Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Amazon's platform and policies to assist customers effectively.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Work closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive customer support.
Continuously improve customer service skills and stay updated on our products and services.
Qualifications:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A customer-first attitude with a genuine desire to help others.
Extensive knowledge and experience with Amazon’s platform and policies.
Previous experience in customer service or public relations is a plus.
Proficiency with customer service software and tools is preferred.
