Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Media Buyer with a passion for data-driven marketing, skilled in advertising on platforms like Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate is either a psychometrician or has a strong interest in studying and understanding psychometrics, applying those principles to develop highly effective, targeted ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute media buying strategies across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.
Utilize psychometric principles to craft ad messaging, visuals, and targeting strategies that resonate deeply with specific audience segments.
Conduct in-depth market research and audience analysis to inform ad targeting, placement, and bidding strategies.
Manage budgets effectively, optimizing ad spend to ensure maximum ROI and meet or exceed campaign objectives.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, leveraging insights to make real-time adjustments for improved results.
A/B test creative elements, targeting parameters, and bidding strategies to identify the best-performing combinations.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad content that aligns with psychometric insights and brand identity.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and changes in consumer behavior to keep our strategies current and effective.
Prepare detailed reports on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in media buying for social platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Either a background in psychometrics or a strong willingness to study and apply psychometric principles to enhance targeting and ad performance.
Proficiency in ad platforms and analytics tools, with a deep understanding of ad metrics, optimization techniques, and audience segmentation.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with the creative and marketing teams.
Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Detail-oriented and committed to staying current on platform changes, industry trends, and advancements in media buying and psychometric strategies.

Preferred:
Experience with data-driven ad optimization techniques, including lookalike audiences, retargeting, and interest-based targeting.
Knowledge of programmatic advertising and additional social platforms.
Background or certification in psychometrics, psychology, or a related field.
