Acquisition Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound leads, obtaining price information from sellers, evaluating the worth of properties, and executing the purchase. This role requires a keen understanding of the real estate market, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to make informed decisions quickly.

This job will be salary plus commission. We pay EXTREMELY well if you perform. We are looking for people who are motivated and driven to succeed and thrive in a high demand environment.
We will have an hourly role, with commission on top (anywhere from an extra $250-1,000/ deal) and we expect 3-10 deals closed each month.

We NEED someone with NO ACCENT (sorry, but it is a requirement that your english is perfect). Also, we need someone with a few years of experience in phone sales in real estate phone sales. We will pay extremely well for this role, and are only looking for candidates that fit our description. We have other roles available too, so DO NOT apply to this unless you fit the criteria.
