Position Overview
To support our ongoing expansion, we are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic female Onboarding Manager to join our team. At Wefulfil, you will have the opportunity to work closely with existing and potential clients, guiding them towards productive collaborations with us. Job Responsibilities
As the Onboarding Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:
1?Client Contact:
Reach out to new clients via email or WhatsApp to ensure they have a clear understanding of our services and spark their interest.
2?Onboarding Meetings:
Conduct onboarding meetings with clients to quickly introduce Wefulfil's services and advantages, and understand their specific needs.
3?Review Acquisition:
Provide excellent service to encourage clients to give us a five-star review, thereby enhancing the company's reputation and trustworthiness.
4?Group Chat Service:
Offer efficient and high-quality group chat services to clients, ensuring they can quickly resolve issues and smoothly complete orders with Wefulfil.

Required Skills and Experience
We hope you possess the following skills and experience:

1.Customer Service Experience: At least two years of customer service experience, preferably in the dropshipping or e-commerce field.
2.Communication Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a professional attitude for effective client interaction.
3.Service Orientation: A passion for customer service, with patience and attention to detail, capable of maintaining efficiency and composure under pressure.

Working Hours
Monday to Saturday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (UTC+8)
