Job Overview:
We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage maintenance requests, coordinate vendor work, and ensure timely repairs across our portfolio. This position requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and experience with AppFolio or similar property management software.

Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process maintenance requests from tenants via AppFolio.
Prioritize and assign work orders to vendors or in-house maintenance teams.
Communicate with tenants, vendors, and property owners regarding maintenance status.
Track and update work orders in AppFolio to ensure timely completion.
Obtain vendor estimates, schedule repairs, and verify completed work.
Manage maintenance-related invoices and ensure cost control.
Conduct follow-ups to ensure tenant satisfaction and quality assurance.
Ensure compliance with lease agreements and property management policies.
Qualifications:
? Experience in property management, maintenance coordination, or related field.
? Proficiency in AppFolio (or other property management software preferred).
? Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
? Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of work orders efficiently.
? Experience working with vendors and contractors.
? Knowledge of basic property maintenance is a plus.
