Job Description

As a Freelance Brand Designer Expert at Insiteful, you will be responsible for:
- Develop and execute brand redesign and new brand projects.
- Create compelling logos and brand collateral, including business cards, signage, and other marketing materials.
- Design user-friendly and visually appealing website interfaces.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their brand vision and requirements.
- Provide strategic input on brand development to enhance brand awareness.
- Ensure consistency and coherence across all brand touchpoint.

Required Skills and Experience
- Proven experience as a Brand Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing at least 10 brands examples.
- Demonstrable examples of brands in use, such as business cards, signage, and other collateral.
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Experience in designing website interfaces with a keen eye for user experience, pathways to conversions and brand aesthetics.
- Superior Presentation Skills and the ability to communicate a convincing brand design rationale.
- Strong understanding of brand strategy and the ability to translate it into visual designs.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently as a white label agency contractor and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
- Western Company Experience: Experience working with companies based in Western countries (Australia, etc.).
- Experience working with small to medium sized businesses.
- Knowledge of web design tools like Figma & Adobe Suite.
- Familiarity with current design trends and best practices.

Role Requirements
- Enjoy working remotely with minimal hand-holding.
- Proficiency with project management tools like Upgrade to see actual info, Slack, and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with tools like BrowserStack and GTmetrix for ensuring site performance.
- Ability to self-manage, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines consistently.
- Must be a proactive problem solver who finds solutions first rather than asks questions.
