We are a dynamic and fast-growing organization, focused on innovation and efficiency in every aspect of our operations. We're looking for a highly organized, tech-savvy Virtual Assistant who can support our team by managing scheduling, research, and various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Inbox Management:
Handle calendar management using tools like Outlook or Calendly.
Manage and organize
Research & Organization:
Conduct thorough research on new tools and technologies (e.g., Notion, Asana, Miro) and implement findings to improve team efficiency.
Assist with the organization of projects, meetings, and training sessions using Miro and other tools.
Content & Social Media Management:
Assist with basic video editing (e.g., using Loom) and social media content creation.
Update and maintain websites (e.g., WordPress) and manage social media platforms, particularly
Help create and schedule social media calendars and content plans.
Administrative Support:
Provide backup support for recruiting tasks, including sourcing candidates, sending
Assist with CRM management and lead funnel creation when necessary.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar VA role, particularly with scheduling, inbox management, and research.
Proficiency in Outlook, WordPress, and social media platforms (LinkedIn,
Familiarity with project management tools like Notion, Asana, and Miro is a plus.
Basic video editing skills and an understanding of social media content strategies.
Strong written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to American English and slang.
A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the team.

Location: Remote
Work Hours: 9 AM - 5 PM PST (Flexible start time with a focus on early morning setup tasks)
