Key Responsibilities:
Client & Candidate Engagement:
- Schedule and conduct meetings with clients to gather Virtual Assistant (VA) requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Accurately record meeting details for documentation purposes.
Job Ad Creation & Posting:
- Write compelling job ads that attract high-quality candidates and post them on relevant platforms.
Candidate Management:
- Review applications and screen candidates to find the best fit.
- Conduct interviews and update clients every 2-3 days on candidate progress.
Onboarding & Communication:
- Update onboarding materials for both clients and VAs.
- Handle job offers, ensuring client approvals and feedback.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage Airtable and GHL
Qualifications:
- At least 4 years of proven experience in talent management or recruiting.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven experience in talent management or recruiting.
- Proficiency with tools such as Airtable and GHL (or similar platforms).
- Ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients and candidates.
