JOB OVERVIEW

We are a friendly and customer-focused company looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Account Manager to join our team. We value great customer service and innovative solutions, and we want someone who shares our excitement for helping clients and VA's succeed.

Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Account Manager, you will manage client's and VA's accounts, provide excellent customer support, and ensure a smooth onboarding process after closing sales. We need someone who can build strong relationships with clients and deliver outstanding service.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:
-Be the main contact for assigned client accounts and VA's.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and VA's, understanding their needs.
-Monitor client and VA's accounts to ensure satisfaction and address any issues promptly.

Customer Support:
-Provide timely and effective support to clients and VA's via phone, email, and chat.
-Resolve customer and VA's inquiries and issues professionally and efficiently.
-Work with internal teams to ensure customer and VA's needs are met.

Onboarding and Training:
-Help new clients and VA's get started after closing sales.
-Conduct training sessions to ensure clients and VA's understand our products and services.
-Assist clients and VA's in setting up their accounts and optimizing their use of our solutions.

Qualifications:
Experience:
-Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.
-Experience with client and VA's onboarding and training is a plus.
-Techy (IT preferred)

Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems.

-Proactive and able to work independently in a remote environment.
-Committed to providing exceptional customer service.

-Location: Remote
-Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM CST
-Rate: $5 per hour
