We are looking for a talented Personal Brand Content Specialist to join our dynamic team and help build the personal brand of our founder, Kai Kelly, while supporting the broader content strategy for Founder Flow and Sunsetcrew.
Job Description
The Personal Brand Content Specialist will be responsible for creating, editing, and directing brand content focused on our founder, Kai Kelly. This role involves managing a continuous stream of footage and content, providing creative direction, and ensuring content aligns with our brand's vision and objectives.
Responsibilities
Content Creation & Editing
Manage and organize raw footage and b-roll from Google Photos.
Edit and process videos for various platforms, ensuring high-quality production.
Create engaging content that highlights lifestyle, Founder Flow meetings, and Sunsetcrew events.
Brand Direction
Provide creative direction for personal brand content and founder-focused narratives.
Develop content strategies that align with both personal and organizational goals.
Distinguish between content for Founder Flow, Sunsetcrew, and personal branding.
Collaboration Management
Navigate collaborations and ensure appropriate content distribution across platforms.
Integrate collaborative content effectively, tagging relevant projects and partners.
Coordinate with tea
Strategic Insight
Identify opportunities for brand growth and audience engagement.
Stay updated with industry trends and apply best practices to content creation.
Analyze content performance and adjust strategies to maximize impact.
Qualifications
Proven experience in content creation, video editing, and brand storytelling.
Strong understanding of personal branding and digital marketing.
Proficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to provide strategic direction.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Passion for entrepreneurship and lifestyle content.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content distribution channels.
Ability to analyze performance metrics and adapt strategies accordingly.
Experience with collaborative tools and project management software.

Salary
