JOB OVERVIEW

Our IT infrastructure plays a critical role in managing stock, processing orders, and ensuring seamless integration between systems.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with general IT work as needed, contributing to the smooth operation and continuous improvement of our IT systems.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with the integration of our product information and order processing with Shopify.
- Develop and update systems for stock control, order processing, and customer management.
- Maintain and enhance our SQL Server database, ensuring data integrity and efficient operation.
- Work collaboratively with the team to troubleshoot and resolve IT issues.
- Participate in the development of new features and improvements to our existing IT infrastructure.
- Utilize Shopify, VB6, C#, and AWS to support and develop our IT systems.

**Qualifications**:
- Strong understanding of web technologies and e-commerce platforms, especially Shopify.
- Proficiency in VB6 and C# programming languages.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and experience with database management.
- Familiarity with AWS services and infrastructure management.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with developers or departments as needed.
- Must be able to communicate in English to a high standard both verbally and in writing
NB A combination of SQL and Shopify are the key skills.

**UK Hours**:
We are looking for someone to work "Shift 2" - ie most UK hours
