JOB OVERVIEW

Job Summary:
The Sales Closer will be responsible for finalizing sales deals with potential clients in the construction industry. This role requires a persuasive communicator with excellent negotiation skills who can confidently close sales over the phone. The ideal candidate will have a background in sales, preferably within the construction sector, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
*Close Sales Deals: Use persuasive selling techniques to close deals with potential clients over the phone.
*Client Engagement: Communicate effectively with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
*Lead Follow-up: Follow up on leads generated by the marketing team and convert them into sales.
*Negotiation: Handle objections and negotiate terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
*Documentation: Prepare and process all necessary documentation related to sales agreements.
*Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
*Market Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the construction industry, market trends, and competitors.
*Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients.
*Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and maximize sales opportunities.
