Outbound & Inbound Sales Representative

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls and closing their own appointments, as well as handling inbound inquiries. They should be adept at using CRM systems to manage customer interactions and sales processes efficiently. The candidate must be proficient in cold calling, building rapport with potential clients, and closing deals effectively. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English are essential. The role requires a proactive approach to generating leads, following up on prospects, and achieving sales targets. Candidates should be self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. Experience in a similar sales role is preferred.
