Who we’re looking for:

We’re currently looking for a Supply Chain Associate to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient and effective management of our supply chain operations, particularly focusing on our Amazon FBA logistics, procurement processes, and inventory management. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating shipments and labels for Amazon FBA, alongside extensive experience in procurement, including supplier communications, negotiations, and purchase order placement. If you are organized, possess strong communication skills, and are capable of maintaining a well-structured digital filing system, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

- Handle all elements of Amazon FBA logistics, such as creating shipments, generating labels, and ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies and procedures.
- Conduct procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, negotiation, and purchase order placement. Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.
- Establish efficient communication channels with suppliers to monitor order progress, address any issues, and oversee supplier partnerships.
- Effectively monitor and control inventory levels to meet demand and avoid unnecessary overstocking. Employ inventory management software to accurately track stock movements and accurately predict future requirements.
- Maintain the company's digital filing system with meticulous organization, ensuring all supplier-related documents and paperwork are accurately filed and easily accessible.


Requirements, Skills & Qualification:


- Past Experience with Amazon FBA: Must have hands-on experience creating shipments and labels for Amazon FBA. The candidate should be familiar with Amazon Seller Central and have a solid understanding of FBA requirements and procedures.
- Procurement and Supplier Management: Demonstrated experience in procurement, including direct communication with suppliers, negotiation skills, and effective placement of purchase orders. The ability to build and maintain positive relationships with suppliers is essential.
- Strong proficiency in using cloud storage services (e.g., Google Drive) for document management.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills crucial for dealing with suppliers, internal teams, and managing documentation.
- Ability to manage and track inventory levels, ensuring stock availability and minimizing overstock situations. Experience with inventory software and forecasting tools is preferred.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously are key.
